Security Training
We have over 20 years
experience in delivering courses to the security industry. We are an
SIA approved company and deliver courses via NOCN, BIIAB and City &
Guilds.
Our programmes include: The national certificate for door
supervisors, static & patrol guards, and the new close protection
officer award.
Door Supervisors

We are currently delivering training for the ‘National Certificate
for Door Supervisors’ qualification as required by the SIA, and have
already trained in excess of 2000 candidates for this award. We are
an accredited centre that have delivered courses for the NCFE, SITO,
as well as the BIIAB.
Static & Patrol

As with the door supervisors qualification, all training is to the
SIA National required standards. The course examines and discusses
various aspects of the Security Officers role.
Retail Guarding

All training is delivered to the National Standards required by the
SIA, and focuses on the course competencies of balancing retail
security with customer care.

This course examines ways of improving services standards and
enhancing customer care at every operating level.
Physical Interventions

The course is divided into two sections, the first, dealing with
risk assessments and break away techniques. The second, with
interventions and holding strategies, not reliant upon pain or
locking based techniques.
Counter Drugs / Drugs Awareness

It generally has elements of awareness and recognition training,
coupled with detection and eradication strategies.

Licensing Law

Examines the various aspects of licensing law of England and Wales,
and focuses on how various legislatives can effect the role of a
Security Officer.
Fire Safety

This course is designed to examine risk management as well as
heighten the knowledge base of candidates in regard to evacuation
drills, fire fighting methods, and fire fighting equipment.
Incident Report Writing

The course underlines the importance of effective incident report
writing. Candidates have the opportunity to write reports and will
be given a template for writing reports. It focuses on the five
basic skills of report writing.
Use of Force

This course enables participants to understand issues surrounding
the use of force and the law.
Body language / NVC

Explores the field of non – verbal communication and aims to make
candidates aware of non – verbal cues. It also uses NVC to improve
overall communication skills.
Bomb Awareness

This course examines the basic type of devices as well as the
protocols and strategies to be exercised when dealing with an
emergency situation.
Close Protection Officer

This is a week long residential course that explores the demanding
role of the close protection operative.
We can also organise mystery customer / internal surveillance
reports in order to audit workplaces, employees, or just to maintain
quality management programmes. All audits are accompanied by a
written report which can be customised to suit individual client
